YES Bank introduces 'YES Secure', a mobile application designed to generate One Time Passwords (OTPs) without requiring an internet connection on your mobile device.
With YES Secure, you can easily authenticate all your Retail NetBanking transactions. The registration process involves four simple steps:
- Select the device operating system.
- Set PIN on Retail NetBanking.
- Download and activate the application on your mobile device.
- Verify YES SECURE by entering OTP on Retail NetBanking.
Key Benefits:
- YES Secure Application functions without Mobile Network (GPRS/GSM/CDMA) and can generate OTPs offline.
- Convenient access to Retail NetBanking transactions, especially for frequent travelers, as OTPs can be generated without the registered mobile number being active on the network.
Please Note:
- A GPRS-enabled mobile handset with the registered mobile number is required to activate YES SECURE mobile application.
- Complete activation of this application before traveling to a location where the registered mobile number will not be active is crucial.
- Once registered for this facility, receiving OTPs via SMS/email or IVR will be disabled. To deactivate this facility, log in to NetBanking, go to Update Profile > Manage Transaction Authentication Mode, and select SMS and IVR/Email OTP to receive OTPs on your registered mobile number again.
